Shipping, Return & Exchange
- All Product(s) will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of placing the order. Incase of any unforeseeable delay,the same shall be communicated with the customer via email. Delivery of the product(s) will solely depend on the location of delivery address.
- Product(s) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from date of delivery. Defective products are by defacto eligible for a return, exchange or a refund. Photos of the same must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the product with [email protected] for it to be eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
- All exchange requests of the product(s)due to size /color must be raised within 2 days / 48 hours from delivery date.
- Product(s) must be returned in original condition with original packaging with all labels intact. Only on complete inspection of the product according to our return/exchange guidelines, the product shall be eligible for a 100% refund.
- The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition and in the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is identified that the product has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be borne by the company and if a wrong order is placed by the customer, then they are liable to bare the shipping cost.
Personalization
- Product(s) with personalization are not eligible for an exchange, return or refund under any circumstance.
- Customer(s) are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
- The Personalization of the custom t-shirt may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
Cancellation
- You can cancel any order(s) within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to [email protected] from your registered email.
- Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-4 business days to cancel your order.
- After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded within 4-7 business days depending upon on the policy of your bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
- Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
- We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such unforeseeable cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order or request for the refund.
Refund
- All refund(s) shall only be initiated upon inspection of the retuned product(s) by the inspection team.
- Refund(s) once initiated may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the same bank account form which the purchase was made.
- Personalised product(s) are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange under any circumstance.
